Meet B&W: Bill and Wayne
Bill Mufarreh
SERVICE MANAGER/SERVICE ADVISERBill’s main goal is to make sure that the floor runs smoothly and every customer feels welcome and cared for. Before establishing B&W Service Center with his brother Wayne in 1982, Bill worked at Firestone for 4 years and J&C Supermarket for 8 years. He has a passion for American muscle cars and likes spending weekends with his family enjoying the outdoors and boating or watching baseball and basketball.
Specialty: Vehicle drivability
Wayne Mufarreh
OFFICE MANAGER/SERVICE ADVISERWayne is in charge of the day-to-day operations and the financials of the shop.
Before establishing B&W Service Center with his brother Bill in 1982, Wayne worked at Firestone for 4 years and J&C Supermarket for 8 years. In his free time he enjoys family outings, watching old movies and poker tournaments.
Jose Carranza
LEAD TECHNICIANJose is the shop’s lead technician. He has been working on cars since 1983 and joined the B&W team in 1998. Besides getting a kick out of challenging jobs, Jose loves spending weekends with his family and cruising around with his motorcycle.
Specialty: computer diagnostic, electrical repair and rewiring, general repair and scheduled maintenance.
Issa Ahwal
SHOP FOREMANIssa is the shop’s foreman. Before joining B&W Service Center in 1990, he worked at Cala Foods for 6 years. He enjoys mountain biking, the outdoors, admiring scenic drives and watching old movies.
Specialty: Vehicle drivability and test drive, pre-purchase inspection, safety inspection, scheduled maintenance and general repair.
Darren Borg
SERVICE ADVISERDarren is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring all problems are resolved. His customer service experience spans from the automotive industry to the hospitality industry. He joined B&W Service Center in 2011. Darren enjoys fishing, watching movies and admiring American muscle cars.
Jr. Mufarreh
PARTS RUNNER, PICK UP & DROP MECHANICJr. joined the B&W team part-time in 2009. He loves all sorts of outdoor activities from snow boarding and trap shooting, to boating and water skiing.
Genaro DeLeon
TECHNICIANGenaro is a tech team member. He joined the team in 2007. In his free time, he loves hanging out with his kids, relaxing at the park and walking around the city.
Specialty: Body interior and trim repairs, pre-purchase inspection, safety inspection, scheduled maintenance and general repair.
Herson Oswaldo Garcia
TECHNICIANHerson is a member of the tech team. He joined the team in 2002 after working in construction for about 6 years. During the weekends he likes playing soccer and watching movies.
Specialty: Pre-purchase inspection, safety inspection, scheduled maintenance and general repair.
