I've been going to Bill's shop since 1988. He has always treated me fairly and with respect no matter how times i questioned his work. It's difficult to find a trust worthy mechanic but there's a reason i've been with bill for so long he always stands behind his work and that is a rare trait with any shop these days.

Pop! I heard it in the recesses of my driving awareness. The smell started a few days later. I showed up at 7:15am, the diagnosis was in by 8:30 (axle seal broken), the car was ready by 10:30. I picked up the car after work. All is well. I've been going here for seven years and they are always fast and friendly. I also enjoy chatting with B or W about life and cars when I have the time.

As I always expect when getting work done on my vintage or new vehicle, B & W goes above and beyond. Friendly, fast and cheaper than expected this time around.

i go in at 7:30 a.m. to get an oil change to reduce the wait time. each time, i'm in and out in under 30 minutes. yesterday's oil change took 15 minutes.

These guys are friendly and do a good job. I really like them. And maybe stuff just costs more now, but if you're charging $120/hr for mechanical work, then I think you should break it down by the quarter hour. I'm not always sure that I'm getting a full hour of work for my $120.
