Bill and Wayne are honest and friendly, and they won't try to sell you any repairs that you don't need. They give you the truth, including all of you options, and they consider your best interest before they recommend repairs. It's also a good place to buy tires, as they make every effort to be able to beat anybody's price on tires.

Wonderful, friendly, fast and inexpensive. I highly recommend B&W.

Bill gave me lots of advice and spent time trying to diagnosis my problem. He could have easily reminded me that I deferred his recommendation from a year ago to replace my struts but spent the extra time trying to find my problem and save me money before eventually narrowing it down to making the repair. You don't find honest mechanics like Bill often.

The auto service was great but the latte was a bit sweet and the biscuits were day old.

after visiting b & w for the first time, i haven't gone anywhere else. my car was serviced in half an hour and they conveniently fit me in on short notice.

As always, B&W provided the excellent and prompt service I know them for for the 71k maintenance on my Subaru and also fixed some additional requests for me. I thanked them for their advise during my last visit which saved me a bundle.They suggested I contact my Subaru dealership to have them repair a gasket leak that had been proven to be a design flaw from the manufacturer, rather than incurring the repair costs directly with B&W. That piece of honest advise saved me about $1,700!! Bill and Wayne and their crew are the best, most honest, honorable car mechanics around.
