Darren was very accommodating as I brought my car in and he was able to repair my car that day without an appointment. Definitely will be using them again!

Service and people are great, my car did smell sort of ashy/ like cigarettes when I picked it up though.

I showed up to get some service work done. They took my vehicle in right away. Did the job on the spot and very quickly. The price was quite a bit better than other shops. They were professional and courteous. I will definitely be going back when needed. I highly recommend.

Super professional, courteous, and extra conscientious. They were unhappy with the first replacement master cylinder they installed and on their own initiative, without my even saying anything, said they wanted to order another one and re-do the replacement. Really appreciated this. Those of us who aren't mechanical rely on the pros, who hold our safety in their hands. B&W is as reliable and trustworthy as they come.

B&W has been my go to “garage”:for 15+ years—because they keep my Prius running optimally—and safely—and I implicitly trust them! A case in point: today my Prius’ warning lights suddenly flashed on my dashboard screen. Of course, I was wary of driving it far, So i took it direct to B&W. They were booked solid! Yet Still, B&W made time to check my Prius to ensure i could safely drive it to a nearby garage they recommended who could fit me in that day. All this kindness…and no charge. Like i said…I trust them implicitly.

I needed an outside rearview mirror replaced urgently and B&W came through! They ordered and installed the new one within 24 hrs. Been going to them for years. Always reliable, timely work and clean place.
