Sooo... comforting going to a shop that a non-car person can trust 100% to do what needs to be done and nothing more. They just get right down to business in a professional and no-nonsense way. Brandy is the best - super-knowledgeable and kind, taking time to explain things that I should have known after 10 years with this car and then not charging for a part that she could have because I didn't realize it was under warranty. Beyond that she didn't even charge labor to replace it! This shop is such an amazing and welcome switch from treatment in other garages that make me feel stupid and uncomfortable and that look for ways to pad the bill instead of reduce it. It feels so good to finally have found a competent, fair, and compassionate shop.
