Short Version:we LOVE B&W Service Center. they do everything & if they can't, they'll recommend someone honest who does!Long Version:i actually took my car to them THREE times before they charged me to work on it: the first time, Bill the owner said our car was probably still under warranty i didn't even think about that bc we bought it used off Cragislist, but he recommended i take it to a VW dealer just in case. sure enough, it WAS covered under warranty, so VW fixed it for free! i was quite impressed bc they could easily have charged me to do the work themselves & i would never have known it was unnecessary.next time, i brought my car in with a stereo problem. Bill said he could fix it, but that it would cost more than if i took it to a car stereo place stereo hourly rate is cheaper & they have more specific tools for the job, so can also do it faster. so he gave me the name of a stereo place & we were in and out in about an hour.FINALLY, the third time i took my car to B & W they did the work and did a great job and at a very fair price my dad who worked for GM looked over the bill & said the prices were very fair.now, no matter what the problem, i always take my car to B&W first because they really do treat their customers fairly.THANK YOU B & W!!!!!!!!
