Been taking my Hondas to B&W for 27 years--three cars and over half a million miles. They keep 'em running and don't charge me for things I don't need. Gave me great advice about an overpriced used car I was thinking of buying. I love these guys!

quick as usual. i arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. to increase my chances of quick service. everyone is always friendly.

Took my car back in as it's still making a funny noise when I shift the clutch. Took a drive with one of the staff. When I drove, it made the sound, not so much when he drove. So maybe it's the driver (me), but my other clutch didn't make the sound. What makes B&W rock is the no charge as they stand behind their work. This is why I bring my car back every time as I trust these guys.

thanks so much for taking my car at the last minute yesterday to do the oil and lube. during which time you suggested that i purchase new tires for safety reasons. thanks for noticing and taking care of me and my car.

Bill and Wayne take good care of my cars and do not try to sell me unnecessary work. I trust them to fix my car and to tell me honestly what should be fixed and what can wait. I've been a customer for at least 5 years and am very satisfied. I highly recommend this shop.

Good guys, good workers. Some miscommunication over price, but always satisfied with B&W's work and they straightened it out in the end.

First they inspect. Then they call and tell you exactly wht you need. They fix it and call if anything else is discovered. They found a problem that they missed and fixed it, only charging me for the part. The car is running smoothly. Bill and Wayne are repairmen who know their stuff and take care of they customers.

The guys @ B & W have done it again. If you need anything serviced on your vehicle bring it to this crew!
