These two brothers and their staff went over and above the call of duty when doing a difficult and complicated repair on my car. They spent many, many times over the amount of time they had anticipated in order to get to 100% and did not charge me even one cent extra over their original quote. The repair involved a very expensive part. Bill told me that "when you're paying this much for a repair'" he just won't settle for "almost" right. He says this is the reason he never has trouble sleeping at night. These guys can be trusted. They will never tell you that you need a repair or service that you don't, even if you think you do. I know. They've sent me home scott free before and they don't know me from Adam. Bring them your business!

That's how I feel every time I bring my minivan for scheduled services. I trust that Bill and Wayne are going to do a great job at a fair price -- that's all I ask. I dropped in for an oil change and they were done much earlier than they initially predicted. I used an online coupon so the charge was $26, which is a steal in the city! I will definitely be back for the rest of my car's lubrication needs.

After more than 10 years of B&W keeping my old car on the road, I have a new used car. I have confidence in B&W to keep that one on the road for at least another 10 years!

Took my 4runner in because check engine light was on, I knew it had thrown a code for the downstream o2 sensor about 6 weeks ago and it was likely the same reason. Unfortunately I didn't look closely enough at the estimate or just wasn't paying attention because I didn't notice it was $120 just to hook the car up to their scanner and get the check engine light code and diagnose the issue, nor was this amount taken out of the cost to install a new o2 sensor. I could have gotten this done for much less at the other shop I go to (no separate fee for check engine light diagnosis). Live and learn. On a positive note the service was good as always, and done very fast. I'll continue to come to B&W just not when my check engine light comes on.Also, big fan of the environmental upgrades (solar panels, lights off during mid-day) the shop is making.

Even though I've moved over to the e. bay, I'll never stop going to these guys. They are super honest, reliable, and reasonable with their pricing. I actually look forward to taking my car in, as the people who run the shop are super friendly and committed to giving you the BEST service.Hands down - these guys are Simply the Best!

I am very lucky to have found B&W. They managed to figure out the odd, intermittent problems that sometimes crop up, things that the dealer never solved after years of "trying". Thanks to B&W, I'm still on the road after 170,000+ miles.When I bring my car in, generally before a long trip, they provide a prioritized list of the things that need attention, and are very understanding about putting some things off, and taking care of others immediately. My one caveat is that the morning crew is much more helpful than the late afternoon crew, which is largely there to help you pick up your car, and may not be able to answer any detailed questions.

I really like the people who run this place. Definitely honest work at a fair price. I've had my brakes done a couple times and have gotten new tires- excellent! Their oil change price is way lower than anywhere else I've gone too. I recently took my car there because it seemed to have trouble with the auto downshifting when I stopped or I thought it was something to do with the brakes. The owner took it for a test drive with me in the car to see if he could reproduce the problem and of course it wouldn't do it when he was driving it. Rather than keep it to take it apart and diagnose it, they checked the brakes and transmission fluid to make sure all was a-ok for safe driving then said to come back anytime the problem started up again. This was all at no charge. Other places I've gone in the past were happy to keep it overnight so they could do a diagnostic on it, find some simple little problem but charge me $$$ for the labor it took to try to find something even when they couldn't reproduce the problem before just taking things apart. These guys don't charge unless they specifically find something wrong that they actually fix. Funny that my car stopped having that problem after they just looked at it. I'm a happy customer and will continue to take our cars here.
