Starting with my initial call with Darren, I felt taken care of the whole way through. He helped me to understand the car (Boss's car), the procedures needed, and broke everything down carefully and thoroughly so I could communicate it to my boss effectively. The fellow who did the repairs also showed me exactly what he was doing. Everyone took time to talk with me and explain. Super friendly, relaxed, and very skilled - I will come back absolutely and recommend B&W to anyone.

Bill and Wayne have looked after my cars over the last 15 years. They always explain in layman's terms their recommendations. They explain the function simply and clearly of any mechanical issue that I have not understood. It's definitely a trust thing, going to these guys, and I currently drive in from Sonoma county to go to B n W because of that trust. Plus they open at 7 a.m. ready to serve.
