Darren, Bill and Wayne are true car professionals. Recently, Darren wrote up the service I requested for my 1987 Suzuki Samurai. It's 30 years old!! The man's a magician---brake drums from San Jose and brake shoes from Stockton. Where does he find this stuff?? New axle bearings, seals, and brake service all in a day and 1/2. I really appreciate the great customer service I get at B & W.

The service was fantastic. I had to call multiple times to make adjustments and each time I did, they were accommodating and understanding. They had the car fixed in no time at all and it was also done earlier than I expected. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with B&W.
